This Tuesday, the European project Fire Wine – Wines of Fire will be presented at VINSEUM. The initiative links vineyard landscapes with the prevention of sixth-generation wildfires. The event will feature Marc Castellnou, head of the GRAF wildfire unit, and sommelier Josep Roca from El Celler de Can Roca.
